Captain’s Status – “Exploring the Wetlands”
This month I visited Florida’s wetlands at the Everglades National Park. The photo above was taken while trail blazing through grassy marsh searching for wild orchids. Eventually we came across the Cigar Orchid below, the biggest wild orchid in the country! 
You can’t tell by this photo but this Cigar Orchid is gigantic. I’ve never seen anything like it! I’ll post more pictures in the future so keep your eyes open for this one.

Changes to Captain Kimo’s Lifetime Membership
First off, I have a new video for Lifetime Members coming soon! This will be a quick 15 minute video on compositing. Look for it by e-mail this weekend.
Now for the change, I am creating a new website exclusively for Captain Kimo Members so I plan on doing away e-mailing new tutorials. New tutorials will now be posted to the Members Only website where members will have access to all the tutorials. This will help solve a lot of issues and allow me to post tutorials faster. However this change will come at a cost. Next month I plan on increasing the price of the Lifetime Membership to $29.95.
