However I have never eaten a rat in Cambodia. At first I was a little hesitant to try because rat has a very gamey taste where the meat seem raw no matter how well it&#8217;s cooked. I decided to give it a try just to see if there was a difference between rat from Thailand compared to Cambodia. I really like the smaller rats which tasted pretty good.
