The View Over Cheyenne Canyon

Apr 25, 2010 | Portraits & People

My HDR photos are created by using Photomatix Pro HDR software. I use Luminar NEO for photo editing. I also use Topaz Software for noise removal and sharpening. Affiliate links provided to support site.

This is an HDR photo of my baby sister sitting on Cheyenne Canyon after an exhausting hike to the top.  This is a 3 exposure HDR, no special treatment was used to create this photo. Just the standard multi-exposure merge using Photomatix and some Photoshop editing. I’ve been using an automated action in Photoshop for post processing, which I’ll share later in a future article for my blog.

Software Used for Processing Photo:
Photomatix
– Used for creating high dynamic range.
Topaz Adjust
– Photoshop plugin used to enhance details.
Topaz DeNoise
– Photoshop plugin used to eliminate noise.
Topaz Clean
Photoshop plugin used to smooth pixels.
