Storm Cloud Over Jupiter Island Beach at Coral Cove

May 11, 2013 | Florida Beaches & Coasts

This evening I spent some time at Coral Cove. I wasn’t expecting much there. I really just went by to see what the beaches on Jupiter Island were looking like. Beaches here in Palm Beach County are funny like that. One week the look like they always do and the next it’s like the ocean ate all the sand. Anyways nothing to report back at Coral Cove Park. However I noticed the are attempting to grow some seagrass. I really hope they don’t actually think by growing these plants it’s going to stop beach erosion.
