Portland Maine Small Lighthouse

Aug 17, 2011 | Lighthouses

Here’s my first lighthouse shot from Maine, which I shot this morning. I wanted to shoot the Portland Head Light but my GPS took me to the Portland Lighthouse Museum, not quite what I wanted. This small little bug light was only a few blocks away, and it looked interesting enough, so I shot this lighthouse instead. I eventually found the lighthouse that I wanted to shoot, but it was too late by then because the sun was up too high for my taste.
