Pelican Dive Bombing at Jupiter Inlet for Fish

May 9, 2013 | Animals & Wildlife

Today I was at the Jupiter Inlet Park shooting the sunset when a couple of pelicans started dive bombing for fish right in front of me. My camera setup isn’t really designed for shooting wildlife but I switched my settings to something more favorable for this shot. Out of 100 shots this one came out the best. I was surprised to find that I manage to get so much color in this image of the pelican with the colored background.
