Old Orchard Beach Pier

Mar 5, 2010 | Landscapes & Scenery

My HDR photos are created by using Photomatix Pro HDR software. I use Luminar NEO for photo editing. I also use Topaz Software for noise removal and sharpening. Affiliate links provided to support site.

HDR shot of the Old Orchard Beach Pier located in Old Orchard, Maine. This pier was built in 1898 and reconstructed¬† several times. Unknowingly, I shot this photo at an extremely high ISO so this image is very grainy. It didn’t get me too upset since it wasn’t a great day for shooting ayways. The day light in Maine has been extremely dreary. I might have to change my subject matter from landscapes to boats or something fitting for this gloomy weather.
