HDR image created in Photomatix Pro and Topaz. Photo taken at Ocean View Fishing Pier in Norfolk, Virginia during a beauitful sunrise along Chesapeake Bay. I find it interesting that Norfolk is an independent city that isn’t part of a county. I really enjoyed visiting this area along the Chesapeake Bay. I will have to visit again and travel along the Hampton Roads.
