Captain’s Status – “Working On Texturing eBook”

I’ve been super busy working on multiple projects, so I haven’t had much time to post anything, let alone do a newsletter. However I managed to get the September edition out a week before October, so that’s pretty good considering everything that’s going on. I hope everyone is doing well! Enjoy the images and let me know what you think.

Captain Kimo’s HDR Workshop Now Available!
The time has come for me to start doing live workshops on high dynamic range photography. I’ve been asked about it frequently, and now that I have a studio to teach in, it’s time to get started!

(Note: newsletter subscribers get $40.00 off workshop!)

Lighthouse Photos Selling at the Gift Shop.
For locals who would like to buy, or see some of my work, you can visit the Jupiter Lighthouse Museum’s gift shop. I currently have 2 pieces there, but the one piece that’s doing well is the full moon shot. Keep your eyes open as more of my photos are being sold at local retail shops around Palm Beach County. This is all thanks to the help of an old friend who specializes in marketing and retail sales. We’ve partnered up to establish a local presence in South Florida. I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated on our local business venture.

New Business Card Design for Studio Done.
The studio is up and running and I finally got some updated business cards with the new shop address. Above is the final business card which was designed by yours truly. The cards are being printed now from a company in California called GotPrint.com. All of my printing is done through them. They have great prices and awesome quality. If you need anything printed, try them out, you won’t be disappointed.
