I rarely post food images unless the food is amazing or just outrageous. This large stone crab was both. To give you an idea on how large this crab was just look at the dish. That dish is 12 inches (2.5 cm) wide. Basically the crab was the size of my head! Not only was it huge but it was the best crab I’ve ever had… ever! The chef put some sort of a buttery sauce that gave the whole crab dish an explosion of taste. Since we’re talking about food, I’m heading over to Grandma’s today, out in the country. Expect to see some roasted rats posted soon, lol.
