I went back to Palm Beach Island for a second try at this shot of the Banyan Trees during sunset overlooking the West Palm Beach Skyline. The first time I shot this pano I messed up the exposure and the clouds and colors were a lot better than too. I might try this panorama of Palm Beach a few more times to get the perfect picture. HDR image processed in Photomatix Pro and Topaz.
Three exposure HDR panorama from West Palm Beach of the Downtown City Skyline after sunset. I finally got some good colors from this spot. Been here a few times but never had that magic light to make the photo pop. This would be my 4th try from the boardwalk in downtown WPB. I plan on doing more shots from West Palm Beach so keep your eyes posted for some more beauitful city photos. Panoramic image processed in Photomatix Pro, Topaz and Photoshop.
Here’s a sunset from the Marina in West Palm Beach Florida at the Royal Park Bridge. I took this photo a couple of days ago while making an attempted to photograph the sunset at downtown Clematis. I didn’t make it for sunset but I did get a couple of decent night photos from the downtown area. HDR Panorama created using Photomatix, Photoshop and Topaz.
From last night during the lighting event for the large Christmas Tree made of sand in West Palm Beach, Florida. Three exposure HDR image processed in Photomatix and enhanced with Topaz.
The last time I was at the South Florida Fair was back in high school. How time flies! I would have never guessed back then that I would end up here as a photographer. But here I am, shooting photos. I really wanted to make this image fun to go with the whole fair theme. So I pushed the limits of my processing technique. Almost to the point where it becomes an illustration. In most cases heavy processing really detracts from the image but in this instance I believe it works well. However I’m not to happy with the results from the sky. It’s very blotchy because of the clouds. I could Photoshop it out but I’m not sure if is worth all that time. What do you think?
