Cascade Falls in Maine at the Saco Bay Trail

Feb 16, 2013 | Rivers & Waterfalls

I/m looking forward to going back to Maine and photographing more waterfalls. This was shot at Saco Bay Trail and the waterfall you see in the photo is the Cascade Falls. Image was taken during fall but there was little color for the season. What might actually be cool to see is this scene during winter with snow. I said I was going to see snow last year but time never allowed me to do so. This year however I plan on seeing some snow no matter what it takes. I hoping there will be some snow left when I get back from my Thailand trip. If so I might head up to Maine when I fly back. But if not, I guess I’ll have to wait until December. Or maybe I can just take a trip to the North Pole!
