Artistic HDR Version of Thailand Boat Docks

Jan 28, 2011 | Marinas & Boats, Photo Art & Montage, Travel & Culture

HDR images have so much detail and color a photographer can use it to easily create something very artistic. That’s what I did here with this photo from Thailand of a local boat dock from Phuket. I used the same Captain Kimo Photoshop Action to create the artistic look. The only difference is I decreased the file size to let the Topaz Plugins render out the pixels in a more artistic way.

Most of you will be glad to know that I am finished with the new Captain Kimo Action… including the e-book to go along with it. I just need to proof read it and it will be ready for purchase. Expect it to be available Monday of next week. For those who purchased “Secrets to Mastering HDR Photography,” you’ll get an email from me soon with a free download link.
