Singer Island Beach Lifeguard Tower Sunrise

May 5, 2011 | Florida Beaches & Coasts, Sunrises & Sunsets

Here’s one out a few good shots that I managed to get over at, Singer Island Beach, yesterday morning. I didn’t think the sunrise was going to turn out special, it really didn’t, but the colors seem to work really well with this image. After some extra curve adjustments in Photoshop, I was able to pull out some amazing tones from this photo. I really enjoy getting creative with color, it allows me separate my image from all the other HDR photos out there. Most of you who see my photos daily can probably spot a Captain Kimo HDR image from a mile away ;-)
