Another HDR shot from Crabby Joe’s Pier in Port Orange, Florida. I wanted to post this photo with the Port Orange Pier Series but I felt this image wasn’t consistent with the other three pier shots. Since the other pier shots were off the pier. By the time I got to the top of Crabby Joe’s pier the sunlight had completely disappeared. Giving me to opportunity to practice some nighttime HDR photography.
Processing Technique: 3 exposure HDR merged using [intlink id="546" type="post"]Photomatix[/intlink]. Detail enhanced using [intlink id="542" type="post"]Topaz Adjust[/intlink]. Noise removed by [intlink id="542" type="post"]Topaz DeNoise[/intlink]. Image smoothed using [intlink id="542" type="post"]Topaz Simplify[/intlink]. Photo processed with Photoshop CS4.

Lens Used: Canon 17-35mm f/2.8L USM
Camera Settings: ISO 400, Aperture Priority, f/2.8 @ 1/200 of a second, AEB +2/0/-2
Processing Time: 60 minutes

From what I understand, HDR photography involves using three or more RAW images with different apertures…how are you getting multiple "action" images without them being a little different because of the progressing action? Nice work by the why!!
