I’m not sure how sanitary this is but here I am with my aunt and mother buying meat from the local market in Battambang, Cambodia. My Aunt doesn’t really like eating meat. She prefers bones and guts, all the parts that most people would find unappetizing. But I told her I prefer the meat so I made sure she got some clean slices, if there is such a thing, lol.
