Dragonfly from Grassy Water Wetlands Preserve Florida

May 14, 2012 | Insects & Bugs

It’s rare I do any macro work, mainly because I don’t have a macro lens. But the  telephoto lens that I shot this Dragonfly with does a very good job of getting up close. However the image isn’t as sharp as I would like. I won’t complain though since I did shoot it with my birding lens, lol. And for those who are curious which lens it is… 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L, highly recommend this lens.
