Coral Cove Park Smooth Sunrise

Jul 28, 2011 | Florida Beaches & Coasts

Here’s something a little different than my usual HDR image that I produce. This photo is a single exposure that was taken into Photoshop and blended together to create a pseudo HDR image. Everything was processed using Photoshop Elements 9 with the exception of curves. I wanted to tone the colors using curves, but Elements doesn’t have that option, so I was forced to go into CS4 to finalize the image.

Software I use for processing my photos:
Photomatix – Used for creating high dynamic range.
Topaz Adjust – Photoshop plugin used to enhance details.
Topaz DeNoise – Photoshop plugin used to eliminate noise.
Topaz CleanPhotoshop plugin used to smooth pixels.
Topaz SimplifyPhotoshop plugin used for artistic affect.
