Coral Cove Park Black & White HDR Photography

May 21, 2011 | Black & White HDR, Florida Beaches & Coasts

Rarely you’ll see a black and white photo from me. But every now and then I get a photo that just doesn’t look right in color, and this HDR photo was one of them. I usually prefer color in my images but I’m beginning to enjoy black and white in my work lately. Who knows maybe this is a new turning point for me in my photography.

This photo was processed and converted to black and white using Photoshop Elements. The HDR image was tone mapped using Photomatix. I also blended in the original exposures to get a more natural look.
