I’ve decided to call this little patch of mangrove, Little Mangrove Island, I’m sure you can see why. Next time I’m hoping to catch this mangrove tree when it’s a lot more lush, which I’ve seen before. Lately it’s been kinda bare which could be a result from the winter season here in Florida. Yup… this is winter in Florida!
Another shot of the famous Captain Kimo Driftwood from the Lake Worth Lagoon at Singer Island. So far this is my favorite photo of the dead wood. But I have another image in my mind that will require mother nature’s help. Hopefully this tree will still be here when all the perfect ingredients come together.
I’m going to start my nine post marathon today with a bang. This was shot yesterday during sunset at Lake Worth Lagoon on Singer Island. I had my eye on this lone mangrove tree for awhile. I finally decided this week to camp this area until I got that shot and yesterday I finally got it.
This shot was from the day I got waist deep in water. See my new profile image. The funny part is I used a set of images that was taken later in the evening where I shot from dry land. This is 4 exposure panoramic, stitched in Photoshop, tone mapped in Photomatix and processed in Lightroom.
Here’s a shot from the West Palm Beach Downtown area during sunset over the waterway from the Flagler Museum on Palm Beach Island. High Dynamic Range image tone mapped using Photomatix and processing was done in Photoshop and Lightroom.
Colorful sunirse from Coral Cove Park, HDR photography image photographed with Canon 5D MK2 digital SLR camera. High dynamic range photo merged & tone mapped using Photomatix HDR software.
This is so far my favorite HDR photo from Coral Cove Park. It has the best colors using 6 exposures for the full range of light while shooting directly into the sun.
HDR photography image from Coral Cove Park in Jupiter Florida, photographed with Canon 5D MK2 digital SLR camera. High dynamic range photo merged & tone mapped using Photomatix HDR software.
One of the the most beautiful sunrises that I’ve ever seen at Coral Cove Park in Jupiter Island, Florida. HDR image processed using Photomatix Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom.
Another HDR photo from Coral Cove Park in Jupiter Island, Florida during sunrise. Photo taken with a Canon 5D MK2 DSLR camera. HDR image tone mapped in Photomatix Pro HDR software and post processed in Photoshop and Lightroom.
